Overview
Compass Associates have partnered with a private healthcare provider actively seeking a HR manager with experience in healthcare. This organisation has achieved consistent growth and is well renowned within the sector, they are seeking a HR manager with experience of change management and a understanding of acute services within the NHS and Private sector.
They are seeking candidates with an availability to start in December.
Experience Required
* Experience of multi-disciplinary private healthcare
* Strong knowledge of employment law
* Extensive experience of senior stakeholder management
* Experience of Change Management
* CIPD
