The firm is looking to bring in a new Commercial Property Partner to its Reading office. As the successful Commercial Property Partner, you will have at least 8 years’ PQE and be able to give expert, comprehensive advice to both individuals and companies on a range of specialist legal matters. You will be expected to: Manage a diverse caseload Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience Work commercially, which will be reflected in your case management and outcomes Work collaboratively as part of a team Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm You will have the ability to work across a broad range of commercial property transactions in this Commercial Property Partner role, including freehold & leasehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, refinance work (including portfolios), development land acquisitions & sales and agricultural land transactions. You will work closely with senior management and partners to set the strategic agenda and tone for the department, working collaboratively with your colleagues to collectively achieve aspirational outcomes.
