Job Title: Proposition Analyst

We are looking to hire 2 Proposition Analysts to join our Long-Term Savings Future State team. This team forms part of our UK Customer division and is responsible for continuously evolving our workplace pension proposition to ensure that they to meet the needs of our customers both now and in the future. This ensures that Royal London delivers on its purpose to help customers build financial resilience.
Purpose of the role
As a Proposition Analyst working in our Long-Term Savings and Future State team you will gather insights and provide analysis to help identify emerging behaviors and trends. You will work closely with the Product Owners to innovate and solve problems as a key member of the team. You will be expected to take the lead on certain aspects of proposition design as well as supporting the Product Owners in defining requirements. In addition, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery teams in implementing changes to improve the capabilities, experiences and outcomes of customers, employers and financial advisers.
About the role
* Provide expertise to support the development of Royal London’s future workplace pension propositions.
* Gather Insights on market trends and customers behaviours to support the design of future solutions and customer experiences and recommend innovative ideas and solutions based on these.
* Test solutions and experiences with customers, and advisers and gather continuous feedback to inform future design.
* Take a logical approach to problem solving, analysing all options and recommending those that are most optimal.
* Collaborate with the rest of the team and the wider business to optimise the success of the solutions and experiences we design.
* Consider how our end to end customer journeys are impacted by propositional changes and work with other experts in the business to ensure that these journeys remain optimal.
About you
* Proven experience within the financial services sector, preferably in pensions, later life or long-term savings products.
* Experience of delivering change through a variety of delivery methods
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Confident written and verbal communications to both internal and external audiences.
* Ability to work as part of a cross functional team but with the ability to progress initiatives autonomously.
* A willingness to take ownership of problems and show accountability.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
