What You'll Be Doing Managing diaries, emails, and phone calls to provide seamless administrative support. Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records. Taking minutes during meetings, including those dealing with confidential personnel matters. Liaising with staff, service users, and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events and projects. Maintaining and improving office systems and databases. What We're Looking For Proven experience working in a busy office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
