Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager – Hybrid Working – Glasgow
Salary : £40k - £50k + Benefits
Wilkinson and Associates are excited to bring to the market the role of Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the team where this will be in line with the guidelines set by Head of Department.
Your Role
You will be expected to lead, motivate, and drive performance across the team. You will be a key member of the wider Leadership team with the ability to lead through change.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering team targets, coaching, and guiding the team
* Set and ensure that team members meet their targets, in line with the company targets
* Measure performance with appropriate metrics
* Leading regular 1:1s with team members reviewing objectives
* Organising and reviewing staff performance objectives
* Lead by example
* Provide leadership and direction
* Produce reporting of KPIs to management
Experience Required
* Previous management experience in either Credit, AR, Billings, Treasury
* Communicating with stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Speed & accuracy to meet deadlines is essential
