Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
5. Assist with clerical duties such as typing and scanning
6. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
1. Previous experience within an administrative or receptionist role is desirable
2. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Proficiency in using office software
5. Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
6. Familiarity with general administrative procedures
7. Capability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
