Role Overview
As an Operations Assistant in Stockton, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Booking in goods and organising stock in the correct locations
2. Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
3. Picking and packing customer orders
4. Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their needs and offering appropriate product recommendations
5. Relief delivery driving when required, delivering products to customers using a vehicle
This is a full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis once trained.
What we’d like you to have:
1. Excellent attention to detail, organised with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
2. A full UK Driving Licence, with the ability to assist with relief delivery driving as needed
3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Willingness to complete forklift training
