About You:
The successful ECT will be:
1. A passionate and committed educator with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
2. Enthusiastic about making a difference in students' learning and development.
3. Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptable, reflective, and eager to develop as a professional.
5. Committed to upholding the school's values and fostering a positive learning environment.
