* Work location: Nottingham or Sheffield (Hybrid)
* Salary: Up to £45,000
* Shift rotation: You will work four 12-hour shifts per week, averaging 39 hours per week over a 12-month period. You will receive a non-contractual 15% shift premium while working this shift pattern, which will be removed if you take up another position within the business. Holiday and sickness entitlements will be prorated and detailed in your contract of employment.

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
As a Major Incident Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our incident resolution efforts. Your day will involve coordinating with internal, third-party, and client teams to manage and resolve major incidents efficiently. You’ll lead technical and managerial conference calls, provide timely updates to clients, and produce detailed incident reports to drive continuous improvement.
About the Role:
This pivotal role ensures our incident management processes are top-notch. You’ll act as the main point of contact for major incidents, driving process improvements and ensuring all teams adhere to best practices. Your efforts will help maintain our high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the resolution of major incidents.
* Communicate updates to clients and stakeholders with precision.
* Produce and analyse performance reports to identify improvement areas.
* Facilitate and lead technical and managerial conference calls.
* Ensure strict adherence to incident management processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in incident management.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
