An exciting opportunity! The Flame Lily Healthcare is currently having a requirement for a Care Coordinator experienced in supervising care delivery within the service to start immediately.
Expectations & Requirements:
1. To provide leadership to care staff within the services.
2. To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager.
3. To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may be required to keep practices up-to-date.
Roles & Duties:
1. This role will require travelling to our services across the Midlands and other parts of the UK.
2. Ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.
3. To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff.
4. To organise and coordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager and within the financial plans.
5. Ensure that the care service is delivered to Service Users at the times and for the duration specified in the relevant individual agreement(s) and contract standards.
6. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
7. Conduct compliance checks (inventory, spot checks, staff supervisions).
8. Manage service user finances (applying for benefits).
9. Prepare care plans and risk assessments for new service users.
10. Order PPE for all services (Children and Adult both).
11. Conduct monthly medication audits.
12. Deliver PPE to all services.
13. Update care plans and risk assessments for existing services after monthly review.
14. Provide training on technology skills.
15. Participate in New joiners' induction.
16. Sign off new joiners.

Ability to Commute/Relocate: The Head office is based in Wolverhampton, but the role requires travelling to various services across the UK. You must hold a driving licence for this role. The right candidate will also have the option to get insured on the company car.
Experience: Providing care: 1 year (preferred).
