Job Description Are you a skilled HR Project Manager with a passion for driving impactful business and technology change projects? Here at Legal & General we are seeking three talented individuals to join our Group HR team on a 12-month secondment. In these roles, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of key projects across the Group by developing and implementing effective project management strategies. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a proven track record in project management, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing: Contributing to the end-to-end delivery of all programmes and projects in the Group HR portfolio by developing and applying project management methodologies Setting up projects, workstreams, and project phases to succeed in terms of scope, design, operating models, resourcing, project and roadmap planning, engagement models, and RAID identification and mitigation Reviewing key project deliverables to ensure quality, fit for purpose, and alignment to strategy, business case, and benefits delivery Preparing, agreeing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets, and supporting annual and other budgeting processes as required Collaborating with business stakeholders, change, and IT professionals across Group HR to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality Applying and developing relevant methodologies to understand and improve project management processes in Group HR Managing internal business SMEs, and permanent and contract project teams in a matrix environment Ensuring all activities consider treating customers fairly Qualifications Who we're looking for: Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, and other formal Project & Programme Management qualifications Understanding of Financial Services and/or HR Understanding of IT configurations and the introduction of technologies into the business world Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to board level Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess service delivery, data, and change management results Strong leadership and influencing skills Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
