We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to work within our customer support team in Warrington to provide high-quality administration support to customers.
About The Role
The role involves managing the delivery and collection of trucks within the organisation in order to meet customer requirements. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
* Review and monitor activity/orders to enable the organisation of transport.
* Communicating with customers to establish expectations for appropriate delivery dates.
* Liaise with transport planning to schedule and to obtain site and depot procedures and restrictions to plan in pending deliveries and collections.
* Provide high-quality administration support to internal departments and customers.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills, and attention to detail.
