Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
* To work within the legislative framework undertaking statutory work under the, MCA, Care Act 2014, HRA 1998 and other relevant legislation.
* SW/s are expected to work in partnership with colleagues, stakeholders and people who use services and carers. They will be working in fully integrated multi-disciplinary teams.
* At all times, to identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and to ensure appropriate safeguarding practices/measures are observed/in place.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
