Our client, is currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations across two workshops in Woking. Offering a competitive salary 10% bonus (Depending on Company performance), this role requires a strong background in the bus and coach sector, with expertise in workshop management, project execution, and quality control. The successful candidate will lead and develop a skilled team, manage budgeting, financial reporting, and profit & loss, oversee offsite projects and client visits (including international travel), and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies. This role also includes a company mobile phone & laptop, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), a pension scheme, and opportunities for training and professional development. Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) is advantageous.
