PMO Manager – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£55,000 - £65,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
This profitable and market-leading business requires a competent and versatile PMO Manager to join their technical and change delivery team. Proven experience as a hands-on PMO Manager or similar senior PMO role is essential for this role. A background within a professional services business would give candidates a better chance of hitting the ground running. You will own the entire PMO strategy for a growing business and be adept at leading teams.
The current vacancy is for a large organisation that has achieved growth year on year for more than a decade and has a significant project pipeline for the next several years. You will form part of a leadership team and be responsible for driving improved performance and creating value from the PMO team. You will work collaboratively with other teams to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the required governance and reporting frameworks are in place.
The role will require a maximum of 2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham.

Requirements:
* 5+ years in a similar role
* Experience managing large-scale programmes and projects
* Team leadership / mentoring experience
* Expert in PMO best practices
* Project Management certifications desirable
