The practice development team leader will be an experienced senior nurse with the ability to interact with a range of professionals at all levels. The successful individual will represent the corporate nursing team, supporting frontline clinical staff to understand the strategic direction of the organisation with particular emphasis on fundamentals of care, patient safety/outcomes and patient experience. This may include participating in audits, developing delivery action plans for trust wide strategic decisions and providing information to support the evidencing and evaluating of these projects. The post holder will collaborate with the divisional based practice development nurses, AHPs workforce and education leads and many other key staff members to support the development of nursing staff ensuring that care delivery at PAHT is safe, responsive, effective, well led and compassionate. The post holder will be an active member (or have experience) of task and finish groups, ICB/region projects and there may be occasions where you will be the identified to lead, manage and implement change for the benefits of the organisation.
