About the Role: As a Gas manager within our Milton Keynes branch you will be responsible for monitoring, supervising and ensuring the delivery of all aspects of day-to-day repairs, programmed servicing, minor works and installations in relation to gas and other heating systems within Housing Client properties, ensuring teams operate to Mears defined branch standards, delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment. You will be required to travel across Northeast Yorkshire and Humber where required. Role Criteria: Qualified to City and Guilds/ Gas Service Engineer standard and hold appropriate ACS certification CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 and CPA1 minimum Domestic & commercial Gas experience Line Experience management experience.
