As a 2nd Chef/Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll answer directly to the Kitchen Manager, providing first-hand support and being a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy, fast-paced food-led pub. You’ll prepare and cook food to the standards set by the Kitchen Manager and to the satisfaction of the customer, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times.
Kitchen experience is essential; only candidates with a CV will be considered. If you have not been contacted within three weeks, on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
Key Responsibilities
* Deputise in the absence of the Kitchen Manager and offer first-hand support in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and in driving the standards and sales.
* Prepare and cook quality food for customers.
* Store all food correctly.
