Day to Day Duties:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will carry out the following duties:
* Prospect, qualify and win new business within agreed parameters
* Qualify, distribute and close inbound leads from web and marketing activities
* Partner with the marketing team to develop campaigns to generate leads within agreed market sectors
* Manage a pipeline of customer opportunities from inception to a win
* Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant products and services
* Develop internal relationships with colleagues across the business to provide the best level of service to customers
* Actively assist and support colleagues as required
* Be commercially-minded with experience of winning new business
* Build rapport and influence senior external stakeholders
* Exhibit a confident tele manner and tenacious sales approach
* Be self-motivated and confident in using initiative
* Create solutions for customer requirements
* Demonstrate strong communication and team working skills
* Show strong attention to detail and administrative skills
* Apply/win/manage public-private tenders
* Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to multi-task
* Proficiency in using MS Office/CRM
* Must have own transport
* Experience in applying/winning/managing public-private tenders is desirable
