Role and Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Utilize Primavera P6 to develop Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs as part of the project team.
* Project Controls Development: Establish Project Controls Systems tailored to specific projects, including setting up Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Progress Measurement Systems, developing S-Curves, cost loading, and scheduling baselines.
* Progress Measurement: Monitor all worksboth direct and sub-contractusing the bespoke Project Management System (PMS), which includes tracking labor hours, analyzing efficiencies, updating schedules in Primavera or Asta, and managing system turnover tracking. Notify clients of delays and prepare monthly reports for management.
* Team Management: Lead and manage the site planning team to ensure effective project execution.
