Construction Administrator - Fit Out & Build Contractor

My client, a leading fit-out and install, design and build contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to support their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to exciting construction projects.
Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate should have a track record of assisting a project team on site. They should be IT literate (degree preferred), well organised, hardworking, reliable and live within easy access of the site (max - 1 hour). An advantage would be experience with Procore software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage document and drawing control, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
2. Maintain accurate records of construction supplies and materials.
3. Work closely with construction managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor programmes and assist in checking project schedules.
5. Provide administrative support to the Project Director as required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a construction administration role.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
4. Proficiency in document control systems and construction-related software.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
