About the Quality Systems Supervisor job
The purpose of your role will be to oversee site technical systems, ensuring top-quality standards across all processes. You’ll conduct essential tests, checks, and examinations, while keeping precise, up-to-date records.
Key tasks
• Manage site technical systems, documentation, and compliance with 3rd party and customer codes of practice.
• Oversee customer complaint resolution, trending, and reduction strategies; ensure positive relationships through visits, audits, and communication.
• Manage internal/external testing systems, results, and releases; develop improved micro/chemical testing strategies, and coordinate HACCP validations and verifications.
• Support technical specifications, NPD project implementation, QMS improvements, and supervise QC staff, deputising for the Quality Manager when needed.
About You
• Food science or related education to degree level.
• 3 years’ experience within food manufacturing, particularly with raw materials.
• Knowledge and experience with BRC audit processes.

The Quality Systems Supervisor job is based in Worcestershire and is paying £35,000 according to your experience.
The package includes 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, £600 cost of living bonus, Christmas seasonal shutdown.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, Office Hours with flexibility.
