We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our well-known client based in Stone. In this role, you will support both the Projects and Sales departments to ensure the success of the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
* Oversee project activities to ensure each phase is completed on time and efficiently
* Support project planning, scheduling, and monitor progress
* Engage with stakeholders to collect project requirements and deliver regular updates
* Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets
* Offer daily administrative support to both the Sales and Project teams
* Manage ad-hoc sales admin tasks, such as processing sales and purchase orders
About You:
* Previous experience in a Sales/Projects department, office setting, or professional business environment
* Strong customer focus with a positive, "can-do" attitude, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* Familiarity with Sage Software (200) is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Confident and professional communicator
