Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster.
Your role will be to deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training programmes in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Department.
This is a term-time only role and you will be required to take your holiday at Christmas (2 weeks), Easter (2 weeks), and August (3 weeks).
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training for Royal Navy Weapons Engineering.
* Support continuous improvement and achieve quality/performance targets.
* Enhance training delivery and teaching practices using learning technology.
* Facilitate transition and transformation in a learning context.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Use data to drive service and performance improvements.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in Weapons Engineering Maintenance Administration.
* Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on internal training course if not held).
* Military weapon engineering department management experience.
* Understanding of RN Weapons Engineering departmental workings or equivalent experience.
* Experience in managing & compiling RN WE maintenance documentation.
* Experience of working with mid-level stakeholders.
* Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.
