The International Market Manager will cultivate great relationships with our distributors to achieve Weetabix sales goals. They will drive targeted revenue and profit growth for a selected group of International Markets, leveraging a proven track record of commercial success.
This role is responsible for leading the commercial agenda with our distributor partners in key international markets, including the Republic of Ireland, throughout our business and in their businesses.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in developing strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally
This sales-focused distributor management role aims to seek out key growth areas and profitably grow Weetabix sales with the support of the virtual team. In addition to external customer management, you will be expected to be an ambassador for the International team, supporting the Head of Sales / Market Controller through leadership and best practices and helping the wider business to deliver in the Change for Even Better strategy.

As the Market Manager for a group of International Markets, you will be responsible for the P&L and delivery of the fiscal year Budget plan across all brands and customers.
You will manage the distributor relationship to deliver Weetabix sales objectives, drive awareness, and implement commercial plans across the relevant channels. Your role will also involve developing mutually beneficial Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers and taking full ownership of customer initiatives and projects from start to finish.
You will lead the internal management of the markets, including handling invoices, promotions, P&L reporting, and demand management. We expect you to execute any necessary cost increases and terms adjustments. Additionally, you will take ownership of relevant international initiatives, evaluating and executing specific projects.

Experience working in a similar FMCG business in a KAM role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts/markets within the commercial customer landscape
Highly resilient and inquisitive, always striving for win: win solutions for customers
Dedicated to promoting customer-centricity within the organisation, raising awareness and understanding of customer opportunities
International experience and knowledge of the Irish market are desirable
