What you will do in your working day
* To Assist in all aspects of office tasks
* Operating the customer and property database
* Answering customer communications via all forms of communication EG Phone, email
* Updating regulation certificates on the database
* Assisting with the marketing department, taking photos, dressing properties for photoshoots
* Day to day general office tasks
The training you will be getting
* Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
* Remote online sessions over Teams
* 6 hours per week minimum recorded "off the job" learning
* Further training details will be made available at a later date"
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
* Opportunity to move into other roles, but will be dependant on performance and progression on this apprenticeship and the workplace.
