About Our Client
Our client is a reputable company within the professional services industry. It values its employees and promotes work-life balance. You will be based from its office just outside Nottingham city centre and will work as part of a team.
Job Description
You will be responsible for processing payrolls for various clients, with varying frequencies (e.g., quarterly, weekly, monthly, 4-weekly). Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Producing payrolls from start to finish
* Carrying out manual calculations where necessary
* Handling payroll queries
* Processing P45s, P46s, P11Ds
* Calculating maternity, paternity, and sickness pay
* Running payroll reports
* Liaising with HMRC and pension providers
* Processing new starters and leavers
* Preparing year-end returns
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must have:
* At least 18 months' experience working in payroll (essential)
* Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory payments (essential)
