You will be responsible for providing coaching support to SMEs, guiding them through business assessments and helping them develop and implement customised growth strategies with measurable results. This role requires expertise across key business areas, including strategy, planning, marketing, sales, operations, finance and people.
What you’ll do as Business Coach:
Deliver both one-on-one and group coaching sessions to SME clients. Conduct in-depth diagnostics and develop tailored growth strategies. Provide advice and support across multiple functions, including finance, marketing, sales, operations, and people development. Design and deliver workshops and seminars based on client needs. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful measurable outcomes. Maintain accurate client records and report on their progress. Develop and maintain content on the Learning Management System. We’re looking for a Business Coach with:
Extensive experience in coaching, consulting, or SME management. Experience in running your own business or working in a senior position to support growth Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop practical, actionable plans for clients. Good working knowledge of tools such as Google Suite.
