Job Description
* Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process from order placement to delivery.
* Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and optimal storage conditions.
* Process shipping documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
* Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Resolve any logistical issues promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
* You must have immediate availability to start work.
* Proven experience in a logistics role, preferably within the luxury food or FMCG sector.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
* A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
