Position: Internal Control Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Northwest / Home based with regular travel to UK offices.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance and bonus up to 10%
The UK ICFR Manager is a new and exciting role with an established and growing international PLC with offices throughout the UK and globally. The ICFR will be responsible for ensuring ICFR compliance for all in-scope entities in the UK. The role will have full ownership of the end-to-end ICFR process and will be the subject matter expert for the UK, liaising with all areas of the UK Senior Leadership Team.
Position Type: Hybrid (largely home based with regular travel to UK offices)
Responsibilities:
* Key point of contact for external and internal auditors.
* Training for all control owners.
* Working with the Group ICFR team with onboarding of new Business Units and ERP systems.
* Managing all UK ICFR testing including liaising with various UK business units ensuring data is collected and testing in accordance with ICFR timetables.
* Management of UK Risk & Controls Matrix ensuring all documentation is correct and up to date reflecting the business operations of the UK business.
Experience:
* Internal Audit / ICFR or Risk & Advisory experience.
* Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and organisational skills.
* Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the business.
* A keen team player with the skills to manage, develop, and implement new working practices and systems.
Qualifications:
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Qualified Accountant.
Ability to travel to multiple sites across the UK is essential.
