We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistantto provide support to our Marketing team in Bristol or Bath office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in an administrative, marketing or events coordination role who is looking for a new challenge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Event Coordination Support: Assist with the organisation and logistics of marketing events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and attendee management.
2. Marketing Materials & Asset Management: help to maintain up-to-date marketing materials, including brochures, presentation slides, and branded collateral.
3. Website & Digital Marketing Support: Help manage website updates such as photo shoots and web profiles.
4. Database & CRM Management: Ensure marketing contact databases are kept up to date.
5. General Administrative Support: Provide diary management, arrange meetings, and handle other administrative tasks for the marketing team as required.
6. Invoice & Budget Tracking: Support the team in processing invoices and maintaining budget records.
7. Internal Coordination: Act as a key point of contact within the marketing team, liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
What we’re looking for:
8. Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or events coordination role.
9. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
13. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Working hours & location:
This is a hybrid role based in either our Bath or Bristol office. There will also be opportunities for you to travel to our other offices.
It’s a full-time position, 35 hours per week. We will consider applications from candidates looking for part-time positions.
