Job Title – Clinic Manager – Cosmetic Surgery

Our client is recruiting an experienced, commercially aware Clinic Practice Manager who is required to take overall responsibility for the financial performance of the clinic for one of the UK’s leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK.
The ideal Clinic Practice Manager will have proven, hands-on experience of running a successful commercial operation with full P&L responsibility, ideally in the retail or consumer space. To succeed in this exciting management role, previous demonstrable experience of driving significant top and bottom-line growth alongside a passion for providing service excellence and improving quality are a must.
In the role, you will liaise with all personnel and relevant outside bodies e.g. suppliers, surgeons, and contractors.
Strong team management skills and an understanding and appreciation of the importance of individual and team KPIs are essential.
You will maintain a high quality of service to patients in accordance with legislation, in particular the requirements of The Health and Social Care.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Registered nurse with a minimum of four years in a senior nurse role with a proven track record in sales desirable
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills
* Previous experience of management in a medical industry is desirable but not essential
* The skills and commitment to work with the senior management team in strategic and income generation projects in order to maximise profit whilst providing excellent standards of care to patients
* The ability to manage the Clinic through the challenges of implementing change
* The ability to achieve set compliance and efficiency targets
RESPONSIBILITIES SALES
* Monitor daily activity, analyse variances and trends and take action to rectify
* Communicate sales targets, results and future action plans to the team
* Guide, support and monitor Nurse Counselor / Non Nurse Counselor sales continually & implement changes as necessary
* Conduct clinic meetings with staff to ensure revenue potentials are identified and daily targets are set for each patient-facing staff member
* Maintain a positive sales environment by continual assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of motivational practices with the team
* Counsel patients and must achieve personal company sales performance targets as well as managing / training clinic staff to achieve their company sales performance targets
* Ensure staff are updated in relation to their enrollment progress and target achievement
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
* Manage Clinic database to optimise resources
* Liaise with Clinical Services regarding professional clinical issues, hospitals, surgeons, CQC/HIW/RQIA inspections, policy, AI and risk managements
* Manage the premises and all equipment in compliance with current legislation
* Continually review and monitor consumable usage and eliminate wastage
CUSTOMER SERVICE
* To ensure that staff/supplier/customer queries are dealt with expediently and politely
* Promote an enthusiastic and pro-active atmosphere in the clinic to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude to everyday problems
