Your unique contribution
The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Business Partner will support departments within the manufacturing business unit to facilitate the implementation of our TRACC CI program.
You will have three main areas of responsibility:
* Business Support
o Lead on the area Loss & Waste analysis with the Area Manager to identify the improvement strategy for the next 12 weeks – 12 months.
o Provide guidance and support in the implementation of the TRACC(s) and liaise and coordinate between site leadership and local task forces.
o Support the creation and implementation of standards for best practice.
o Deliver strategic productivity saving projects.
o Lead or support cross functional working sessions to improve business processes and reduce waste.
* Change Facilitation – to facilitate the change process, this will involve:
o Providing insights in support or challenge to action/project owners.
o Assisting with identifying and resolving key risk issues.
o Providing logistical support for focused meetings.
o Ensuring that TRACC Platform is optimised to support and assess the change process.
o Lead on the TRACC Assessments.
o Monitor and report on practice and performance progress at meetings of site leadership and task forces.
* Training Support – to support the training and development of key change agents and internal trainers.
