Description Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG industry Establish and nurture relationships with national accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met Monitor market trends and competitor activity Provide regular sales forecasts and reports Manage contract negotiations Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Profile Proven experience in a sales role within the FMCG industry Experience managing either Waitrose, Ocado or Co-Op at national level, with Booths, H&B as a bonus Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities A customer-focused approach Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Job Offer £40,000 - £50,000 Annual bonus Opportunities for professional growth and development Generous holiday leave and opportunities to work abroad each year Join a fast paced start up Remote working
