You will play a crucial role in driving sales success by establishing key connections with potential customers. Your responsibilities include achieving daily KPIs, setting up appointments, and maximizing sales opportunities through effective telephone communication and strategic goal setting. Key Responsibilities: Exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success. Generate valuable leads by making phone calls to potential customers. Follow the script to maintain consistency in the sales program. Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system. Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting. Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure a full diary of sales-ready opportunities. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Perks: 4-day working week after 1 year of service. Achievement of 40 points: Salary increases to £30,000 pro rata for that particular month, plus any commission earned. Achievement of 50 points: Salary increases to £40,000 pro rata for that particular month, plus any commission earned. In addition, commission is paid on successful system installations from the appointments booked. Expected realistic OTE of £60,000.
