Global CTS are working with a company who are recruiting for a Client Account Manager. You will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. We are seeking a professional candidate with first-rate communication skills and a passion for delivering a service second to none! You must have a good level of education, be professional, and be able to build relationships with high-end clients over the phone as well as send professional communication over email. As the ideal candidate, you will come from a financial services background.
You would be joining a team of 15 that are really customer-centric but have a passion for service. As the Client Account Manager, your focus should be on retaining business, cross-selling, and working on lapsed contacts. All staff have a responsibility to act with integrity.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking responsibility for new clients and all related documentation
2. Demonstrating attention to detail by requesting relevant paperwork required
3. Producing and sending confirmation details to clients
4. Dealing with all related queries from clients from all walks of life
5. First port of call for existing customers who require assistance and have questions regarding services
6. Providing a comprehensive service to clients to ensure they renew policies with the business
7. Although not openly selling, you must be able to pick up on buying signals for leads for other departments
8. Great customer service skills
9. Team player
