Position: Finance Administrator\n Location: City London, United Kingdom (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Office)\n Reports to: Head of Treasury \n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) - £35k-£40k\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe successful candidate will be joining the Treasury & Finance Operations Teams and be responsible for setting up and maintaining a robust Governance process around user access to finance and banking applications. You will be the key contact person in Finance for the onboarding and offboarding of employees to and from these applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTreasury Management: \n\nFact finding on existing banking systems across the group and creating reports on current operational risks, with a view to implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategies in those same risks mitigation. \nSet up a database of banking/finance applications with their user(s) access(es)User Provisioning and Lifecycle Management: \n\nThe candidate will need to create, manage, and disable user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels throughout the user's lifecycle within the organisation.\nMaintain the banking administration relationships, across the group's bank portfolio \nMonitor user access in other systems with financial implications and carry out periodic audits\nTrouble shoot errors related to conflicting access rightsAccess Policy Management:\n\nDefine and enforce access policies, ensuring that users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties while maintaining data security and compliance\nLiaise with stakeholders to ensure accesses policy are periodically reviewed and corrected where required \n\nSkills and Qualifications\n\nEssential Skills:\nMeticulous and detail oriented\nSelf-starter and problem solver\nGood communicator\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), with the ability to work with some formulas and models.\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
