The Base Management team are responsible for using base insights to create, execute and optimize personalized base programmes and journeys (for outbound and inbound) across the customer lifecycle to drive traffic and conversion supporting x-sell, regrade revenue and churn targets that drive base growth.
The Base Transformation Manager (Regional) is responsible for supporting the Senior Base Transformation Lead in driving the regional transformation to ensure we transform the way we approach base management to a fully regional approach that drives commercial outcomes for the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the Senior Base Transformation Lead to ensure the right data is available in GCP working with Data products team and owner of relevant data feeds
* Supporting the SBT Lead to ensure relevant data products are feeding into automated triggers using NBA/PEGA/Unica working with CRM Ops teams
* Supporting the SBT Lead to build and develop IBRO Qlik tools to create regional insight dashboards
* Supporting the SBT Lead to work with data science to develop regional dedicated modelling that can feed into PEGA/NBA/OB comms
* Supporting the SBT Lead to performance manage triggers and feed into SPO BB & TV plan
* Present and influence at MD/Director level where needed.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
* Results driven commercial thinker with customer focused mindset
* Experience in data analysis (SQL, Big query) and data strategy
* Good understanding of how we can use data to drive outcomes through key decisioning tools and platforms
* Owning and driving outcomes - able to navigate complex business issues across multiple stakeholder groups
* Growth mindset – always open to learning and adapt to the situation
* Ability to tell simple stories using data and insight
* Able to influence senior stakeholders across a range of complex issues
* Able to have brave conversations including setting clear expectations of what is required from team
* Able to influence and drive through what you need using data and escalations as provided
