As Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for screening candidates and learners for roles and training opportunities sourced by the Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and Account Managers (AM).
You’ll be entrusted to:
* Screen candidates for roles and training opportunities, assessing qualifications and skills to ensure suitability to employer’s needs.
* Provide constructive feedback, advice, and guidance to candidates to prepare them for interviews, training, and job expectations.
* Work closely with SAM and AM to understand specific opportunity requirements and to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a sufficient stream of candidates / learners to meet demand.
* Engage and build relationships with SAM, AM and candidates to ensure satisfaction throughout the recruitment journey.
* Maintain candidate engagement and readiness for future opportunities if they are not suitable for current opportunities.
* Accurately record candidate screening outcomes and progress in RITA. Track screening metrics and report regularly on relevant KPIs.
* Gather and apply feedback from SAM and AM to improve screening processes and enhance candidate quality.
* Stay updated on industry trends, role requirements and emerging skills to effectively assess candidate / learner suitability.
* Recommend and implement process improvements to increase screening efficiency and effectiveness.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate screening, preferably in high-volume or employability environments.
* Familiarity with skills and qualifications required across various roles, industries, and training programmes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and assessing their suitability.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage high volumes of candidates and meet quick turnaround times.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and recruitment software for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team, while meeting targets and deadlines.
* Understanding of the skills and employability sector, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
* A professional, flexible approach to work, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of quality and accuracy.
