Role: Photographer/Artworker Location: Solihull The Lounge team is growing We are looking for a Photographer/Artworker to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin. During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Photographer & Artworker, you will help our Design team bring photography in-house to craft and elevate Lounge's premium visual identity. The role will focus on executing high-quality, consistent imagery that aligns with our brand vision, helping to shape the future of our creative output. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. What you will do at Lounge: Shoot eCommerce product imagery that will be used across our website, social and marketing channels. Retouch and resize all brand imagery, preparing it for going to market. Shoot on-location lifestyle imagery on a per-project basis. Shoot still life imagery that will be used across out website, social and marketing channels. Direct models with the support of the wider brand team. Colour grade imagery. Lead studio shoots with the support of the wider brand team. Work with the production team on building shot lists. Work with the production team on location recces. We would love it if you: Have extensive technical knowledge in photography and editing. Have previously worked within the fashion industry, and understand how to shoot products on models to create desirability. Have experience directing models, and know how to get the best out of talent. Have a wider understanding of lighting equipment and lighting techniques. Are a detail-oriented person, able to spot mistakes and inconsistencies. Are competent with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom). Have an understanding of Capture One.
