Job Description
Nottingham City Council is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to join its Housing Solutions team as a Private Rented Housing Manager. This role involves developing new housing options, promoting existing ones, and ensuring suitable permanent accommodation for citizens at risk of homelessness.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in a complex organization, foster partnerships, and possess a comprehensive understanding of housing legislation and homelessness prevention. Effective budget management skills are also essential.
