Clare, Ireland Salary: up to €100,000 DOE Relocation Assistance Department:Management Reports to:Resort General Manager and Deputy General Manager Overview and Opportunity The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality across all outlets. This role involves coordinating purchasing, cost controls, staff recruitment and training, and product development to maintain a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
