TheRole:
As an Employee Relations Specialist,you ll manage all aspects of employee relations for multipleclients, from handling grievances and disciplinaries to advising onperformance and workplace conduct. Your role will be essential inensuring that people practices are fair, compliant, and alignedwith employment law.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage employeerelations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflictresolution.
* Advise clients on complex employeerelations matters, ensuring compliance with employmentlaw.
* Support clients in implementingperformance improvement plans and managingunderperformance.
* Deliver guidance on HRpolicies and procedures.
* Assist with projectsfocused on improving employee engagement andretention.
* Maintain accurate employee recordsin line with GDPR requirements.
What We re LookingFor:
* Extensive experience inemployee relations, ideally in a consultancy or multi-clientrole.
* CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) isdesirable.
* Strong knowledge of UK employmentlaw.
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiationskills.
* Ability to work on multiple casessimultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* UKdriving licence and willingness to travel to clientsites.
