Job responsibilities
Working as a Rapid Response Nurse within the complex care team at Superior Healthcare, you will clinically support our clients in their own homes when their regular team members are unable to provide support.
You will work with clients with a wide variety of life-limiting conditions, including conditions from birth, degenerative conditions, spinal injuries, and brain injuries, as well as those requiring interventions such as ventilation, gastrostomy, and bowel management.
You will benefit from contracted hours working over a 2-week rolling rota. This position offers a day or night role.
As well as directly supporting the clients, you may find yourself assisting with the training and induction of Healthcare Assistants or Nurses to provide greater support and contingency for the clients we support.

* Hold a valid NMC PIN
Experience
* A minimum of three years post-registration experience
* Experience supporting people with complex care needs
* Experience working in the community

£50,700 to £52,371 a year. You will have the opportunity to work paid overtime.
