We are delighted to be working with an established and reputable company based near Leamington Spa who are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to assist the transport department with all administrative duties, contributing towards a smooth and efficient fleet operation.
It is essential that you have previous experience working within transport and/ or logistics .
As the Transport Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Booking in deliveries and collections
2. Actioning any orders within a timely manner
3. Keeping records up to date
4. Ensuring drivers schedules are accurate and complaint
5. Updating daily reports
6. Maintain accurate files and data in line with company policies
7. Comply with all SHEQ procedures
8. Administrative tasks to assist in effective fleet operation
The Transport Administrator will require strong administrative skills with fantastic attention to detail. You will need to be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.
