Expertise in creating realistic timelines, resource plans, and budgets, and ensuring adherence through effective tracking and reporting. Proactively identifies potential risks and dependencies, employing mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize impacts on project objectives. Ensures deliverables meet established standards, coordinates quality reviews, and integrates improvements throughout the project lifecycle. Navigates and resolves conflicts swiftly, balancing differing priorities and perspectives among team members and stakeholders. Effectively identifies, engages, and manages stakeholders across multiple functions to align expectations and foster support. Clearly communicates project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
