Permanent. Monday to Friday, from 9am-5.30pm.

Key aspects of role
Take reservations and enter on the airlines booking system.
Make onward connection bookings Liaise with the carrier for spot rates / contract rates.
Enter Permanent booking details.
Monitor the daily freight on-hand for the main UK stations.
Produce the booking sheet for the GHA.
Provide the daily trucking instructions.
Update the flown shipments in our system.
Post flight and enter the ratings for the flown shipments.
Provide daily/weekly Ad-hoc information to the carrier.
Provide customer service and find solutions for any problems encountered.
Supplier invoice checking.
Any other duties deemed necessary or advised by the management.
Skills-Requirements
Previous experience in cargo aviation or air logistics or freight forwarding ideally.
Strong administration skills/data input.
Great customer services across all levels.
Be able to use own initiative and have attention to detail, being organized at all times.
Be able to spot or react to problems and have the confidence to resolve.
Reliability, willingness to learn new skills and take on tasks.
Can do attitude.
Flexible to meet the requirements of this sector.
Due to DfT & CAA regulations, 5 years references and clear DBS will be required.
