This is a two-year scheme where you will get to experience all areas of IT, and also build up your management skills through involvement in our trainee and social value events. In addition, you’ll have the chance to:
* Experience each department in IT from disciplines such as Cyber Security, Software Development to Project Management and Data analytics.
* Create and manage events for a chosen charity to help support the local community making a real positive impact whilst building your network across the business.
* In your second year, you will pick a specialism to focus on, diving into your future career path in an emerging sector, all while working with cutting-edge technology.
* Apply for Trainee of the Year and commit to and deliver a special project that really improves the lives of others with the chance to win Trainee of the Year for your efforts.
* Throughout the scheme you will have fantastic opportunities to network with many people across the business at different social events such as Trainee Away Days!
