The Role:
The role is based in Culture, who bring major events to our City, they form part of our Neighbourhoods and Housing Directorate. You will:
* Facilitate Management meetings, arrange date, location, arrange and send agendas and accompanying papers.
* Provide effective administration and support services for all aspects of Culture Liverpool dealing with mail, emails, telephone enquiries, and communications.
* Provide support on financial systems, raising purchase orders and chasing outstanding items.
* Data input including the management of the Major Events Planner.
* Undertake event research and provide the data.
* Complete a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship as part of your role with us.
