Knight Frank is looking to hire a Team Administrator (Hybrid) to support our West Midlands offices team.

Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Birmingham and West Midlands offices. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Diary management, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the West Midlands team.
* Assist in data entry, generating reports, and compiling information as required by the team.
* Assist in drafting and collating pitching material.
* Support team members with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel based tasks.
* Organising photographs, floorplans and EPC visits.
* Assist with launching properties.
* Maintain office efficiency by organising and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other agents.
* Undertaking Client due Diligence (CDD) checks in line with Anti Money Laundering processes outlined by the operations manager.
* Executing all marketing plans for the region including direct mail, touting, print media and social media.
* Being an ambassador for the Knight Frank brand and encompassing the KF Brand values.
Key Experience Required:
* Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
* Knowledge or experience within the property industry is desirable.
* Strong geographical knowledge of Birmingham is essential, familiarity with Stafford is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
